Customer Research International Brochure Design
This Austin client contacted Ellis with interest in advancing its branding and marketing materials to compete with larger firms for larger contracts. The firm specializes in custom telemarketing and tele-surveying with a metrics-driven ability to effectively analyze the gathered data into an actionable format.
Our initial content was provided from an existing pocket folder/brochure that had been created in-house. (See before & after) Our goal was to help prospective clients feel a sense of trust and confidence with the firm while communicating their primary value — that is, that their firm does more than most competitor firms in both gathering the data and scientifically measuring and interpreting it.
Part of the design project became the development of the introductory headline, "The Science of Market Research. All the Answers." The headline speaks clearly to the audience and then offers a hint about the added value. "All the Answers" can be interpreted as "all the survey answers" but also hints with a sense of bravado that they are capable of providing more than just plain data. Viewers are left with the impression of a larger firm with a full range of services. The bold colors combined with the rich black background help to create visual drama.
